 Today I worked on climax device as well as the parallelism device. We did 10 examples for each of the devices. I was so excited for spring break!

 Today was cool. Our substitute told us what work we had to do. I completed it.

 We took our rhetorical device quiz and I felt like I did fairly good on it. It was pretty easy.

 We found rhetorical devices in movie scenes and I really enjoyed the “Whiplash” scene because I love drums. But then I had to leave.

 Thursday we took notes on rhetorical devices and on Trump’s speech. I couldn’t really take Trump serious but I put my bias aside and pointed out the devices that he said.

 Today we reviewed Martin Luther King’s speech. We identified rhetorical devices. This was a cool assignment.

Today was cool taking notes on rhetorical devices and analysis. Rhetorical devices are so fun! 

 Today we worked on rhetorical devices and examples. It was pretty chill. I been loving rhetorical devices. It’s a easy concept.

 Today I did not attend class because I came from a field trip.

 Today we played 5 corners with questions from a passage we read. It was pretty fun because I love moving around.

 Monday we talked about the roles of wives and husbands. The opinions were interesting and I enjoyed the discussion.

 Yesterday was a chill day. We worked on putting our prompt introduction in the drive folder. We completed that.

 Monday I had fun doing the “speed dating” activity. I enjoyed writing the claims and finding evidence. It was a great exercise that helped us improve our speed.
